So i have been reading up on a lot of 1440p monitors and I don't know what one to get it seems like

Is the most popular, But not the greatest in quality. Apparently some ship with tons of dead pixels and have a warranty but you have to pay another 300 dollars to ship it back.
So I started looking at,

But I'm still not sure what to get, I plan on going with a triple monitor setup. I'm going to have 1 monitor for when I game on console(The Monitor I currently use). And then I will have to 1440p for PC gaming. but I'm still debating on if I should just get a good 1080p 16:9 IPS or if I should get one of those 2560x1080 21:9 monitors for my second PC monitor. The second monitor would be used for Netflix, Web browsing, Video Editing, Photoshop, etc while the 1440p would mainly be for gaming. Sorry if I didn't explain it that good but I could really use some I want to get a new monitor set but I don't want to waste my money.

Solution
You don't want either of those. For the price range you're talking about you won't get a very good 1440p 27" monitor. For the 250.00-ish range, this is the best option:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Monitor: Asus VG248QE 144Hz 24.0" Monitor ($264.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $264.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

If you can afford, or wait and save up for it, this would be a superior choice for the size and resolution you've outlined:

Monitor: BenQ GW2765HT 60Hz 27.0" Monitor ($449.99 @ Amazon)...
