What 480 Rad?

I am completely stuck on what 480 rad I need. I have read stickies from multiple forums and non of which actually recommend any rads.
Im looking for a 480 no matter how thick but id want it to be able to be cooled by quiet fans so am I looking at a thick radiator with a low FPI?
Could anyone recommend me one?

It is designed for maximum cooling with low airflow fans, respecting your desires, this would be my buy choice.
