What 8Gb 1600 RAM Should I buy?

Hey, so, for my new gaming PC I am going to buy 8gb 1600mhz, is there any difference between g skill, hyper x or corsair? Or being two or just one RAM sticks? My motherboard supports dual channel btw.
I prefer the blue or black color.

What mobo and CPU? In general the GSkill Snipers and Ripjaws X and Z all work well with most recent mobo chipsets
