I was concerned about the mainboard, if it will be able to provide the full support of gtx 1050 or 1050 ti and also radeon rx560.

yes, it can, PCIEx16 can provide 75W, no issues, old mb also can.
However, some 1050 ti/560 models may require a 6 pin cable from psu, make sure you have the cable for psu before buying those gpu.
