Well I'm having gtx 750 ti 2gb , and its running well and getting great for games but I was wondering about gtx 960 , its bit higher than 750's price not much tho. But I wanted to ask some of the questions in mind, Is gtx 960 better than 750 ti? is 960 going to last for some time "games like assassin's creed unity or syndicate a well running game?" is it gonna struggle with a motherboard B85-HD3?

No the 600w power supply will be fine for a single 970. It should run all games out now on ultra no problem. Futuristic games you might have to drop to very high or maybe high. I would expect 60+ FPS on ultra for at least the next year.
Hello Daniel,

The GTX 960 is a mid range graphics card and will generally do well in your machine. It's not going to run every game at 1080P ultra settings. I don't see you having any issue running them at 1080p high or maybe very high. What I personally recommend since your mobo doesn't support SLI I would try to get a 970GTX though, about twice the cost but you can get double the power almost of an 960.

What power supply do you have?

I don't know the model but its 600W, so you are saying that 960 won't be suitable for my motherboard? I'm not actually into ultra settings but In Assassin's creed unity I had real pain in the frame drops , could it be because of not having that performance patch or its just 750 not good enough for "med-high" graphics in Unity? I'm not looking forward for a ultra settings but I'm looking forward to the games that are getting released , could I handle them?

It would be suitable for your motherboard, but you wouldn't be able to eventually put 2 960's in it. If you're going to spend 240$ on a 960 (a good one) you could drop 300 on a 970 that is basically the power of 2 960's.

SO what i'm saying if you spend 240$ you'll get better graphics and better framerate. If you spend 300-340$ you'll get double what you would get for the 240$
