The new Ryzen 5 1600 is better than the new i5. Get the Ryzen for better performance and price.

I'd also switch to faster RAM as shown above. Last, swap to the MSI 1060 6gb that has dual fans and matches your red color scheme.

The R5 1600 comes with a Wraith Spire cooler which isn't too bad at all for a stock cooler. Will do great unless you plan on doing moderate-high overclocking.

No, overclocking is when you manually increase voltage and core multiplier (effecting the clock speeds) in the BIOS. If you're not really sure what that is then no need to worry.
