The R5 1600 comes with a Wraith Spire cooler which isn't too bad at all for a stock cooler. Will do great unless you plan on doing moderate-high overclocking.
 


No, overclocking is when you manually increase voltage and core multiplier (effecting the clock speeds) in the BIOS. If you're not really sure what that is then no need to worry. :)
 
And could u recommend a monitor around 150$ that comes with 2 hdmi inputs.
It doesn't have to have built in speakers cuz im anyway going to buy a pair of computer speakers.
