[SOLVED] What about this CPU Cooler? How does it work?

I was looking for CPU Coolers, and saw this cooler called Cooler Master MasterAir G100M.
I don´t have time to watch a video about it so im typing a fast thread.

To me the cooler looks like you can just stick it on the CPU.
And is it good?

I´d like to read the reactions when I come back.

That cooler is really bad. Like... REALLY bad. Check the review here:

Regarding installation, it appears to be a plain air cooler with a standard mounting procedure. It functions exactly like a stock air cooler, and simply has more visual flare to it. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

It has a retention bracket just like any other cooler would.
Also, that cooler is blatantly terrible.
