The build is good...
Are you planning to add one more HD 4870 in crossfire anytime soon ??

And change the CPU cooler to this one...
Though it is not very famous, but is a very good one...
Akasa AK-967 Nero Direct Contact Heatpipe CPU Cooler
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-052-AK&groupid=701&catid=57&subcat=1395

HDD - Get the 640GB as it is newer and more efficient than the 500GB version...

RAM - Change to this one...It has low CAS and low voltage...And it is a specific AMD version...
OCZ Platinum AM3 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-10666C7 1333MHz Dual Channel
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-167-OC&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=1387

CASE - Antec 900 is very good...but you can get such good quality and features even with these cheaper cases...
Coolermaster Storm 'Scout' Gaming Case
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-175-CM&groupid=701&catid=7&subcat=29

CM 690
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-145-CM&groupid=701&catid=7&subcat=29

PSU - I would get a bigger PSU as it would allow crossfire option...
Corsair 750TX...

the scout looks pretty nice and its cheaper :) also been checking out if the GPU will fit and theres plenty of space :) I'm fine with a 500g hard drive for now, by the time i fill it 1tb hard drives will be a hell of alot cheaper. Just checking out PSus at the moment to see what would be the best. and the RAM looks good too been looking at a lot of reviews for it

Yes I do agree that you wont need 640GB...but the WD Black 640GB is newer one...It is more efficient and is faster than the WD Black 500...So the extra £8 is well worth it...and anyways you would get
140GB more space + more efficient drive + faster drive

And if you don't have a plan for crossfire, then get the 520HX instead of the 620HX...
It would be more than suffice for a single card...
If crossifire, then the Corsair 750TX is the best option...
