This Pc is for gaming
and my budget is not that good It'll be Mximum 950$

What do you think ? Will ti run games at ultraa high and with 30+ FPS For 3-4 Years ?
Any Improvements ?

My Approach to the Build:
With that budget in mind, i would play smart, look to gain a good quality power supply from a brand such as corsair.
Also, shifting a bit of money off your CPU and switching to a AMD CPU and motherboard such as a FX-6350 might save you a bit of money which you could then consider investing into other areas of the computer. This would allow you to perform to overclocking in the future which would squeeze all available juice out of your system long term and shift a bit of the budget now, could be the difference between a 212 Evo cooler for the CPU or shifting to a 770 GPU if you jump on a deal?
Just some ideas, but as it seems those specs seem a little low for a sub $1000 budget?
