i was reading how (i forget name for the type of non conductive water) but that by itself does the best job, but if there is a leak i dont want to take a chance of it mucking things up. so in your opinion what is the best choice?

Redline Water Wetter is commonly used as it is non-conductive, reduces galvanic corrosion, and has lubricants and anti-foam additives. MCT works too, and it's listed on the site for $20. That's basically everything you need your fluid to have.

Sierra anti-freeze 50:50. Car radiator fluid is fairly efficient and handy. Please use DISTILLED water, and not DEIONIZED water. DEIONIZED water is very corrosive especially the 18Meg ohm stuff.

The SIERRA anti-freeze is propylene glycol, much more environment friendly than ethylene glycol.

Yes those are fine, but MAKE SURE:

1) use DISTILLED water
2) you mix the proper proportions as per the instructions, don't go adding more thinking it'll work better. It won't.
3) if you're still unsure, just order 1 bottle of HydrX and dump it with 1 liter of distilled water. It contains all the additives you need and is UV-reactive as well. $5 a bottle, can't go wrong.
