Hi, i want to know about "software performance".

This isn't a trivial question. There are other system characteristics, such as amount of RAM, speed of RAM and the number of RAM channels a CPU has. Even the specific instructions supported matters. Intel CPUs have performance advantages over some AMD CPUs because of specific instructions that the Intel CPUs support.
Even the total number of cores matters. It is very difficult to scale software to 16 or 32 cores. You have to know what the practical limits of your specific software is. Even version 12.x of software could be very different than version 13.x. When you get above 8 cores you have to balance CPU/RAM/storage to be able to utilize more cores.

For those programms, ryzen will work better than any other Intel generally. Only in some situations Intel is better like some effects in premiere like warp stabilization which relies on cpu speed. But generaly, Ryzen will render and work faster cuz more cores.
