What aio is best for overclocking a i7 8700k ?

I am in the process of upgrading to a i7 8700k ATM I currently have the cryorig h5 universal air cooler. Will this be able to keep my i7 8700k cool and can I overclocked using this. Otherwise I was thinking of an aio unit which one would be best to get a 5.0 GHz overclocked.

For 5ghz, the h5 will struggle. You will need real juice like the NZXT Kraken, Corsair h115/h150i, Arctic Liquid Freezer, Fractal Design Celsius etc.

What about overclock if using cryorig h5 universal which is overclocking my i5 4690k right now @ 4.3 ghz

It can handle mild OC upto 4.2-4.5ghz or thereabout. Beyond that you might not get it to run stable. Certainly not 5ghz.

I have the Corsair H150i Pro which has been fantastic on my overclocked 8700K keeping it cool but also very quiet even at 5GHz. Any good 280mm or 360mm AIO will do a very good job on keeping the 8700K running within good temps overclocked at 5GHz....

As a user of the H150i Pro, yes it will more than handle a 5GHz overclock...

What about the h115i I believe it's the came as the h150i but with only two rgb fans will this overclock to 5ghz the h115i

Very easy and straightforward to install and they have a youtube instruction set online as well..
