mainboard and psu are severe overkill for a 3600X. there's no benefit in Win10 Pro over Home unless your PC is in a public place or you're running a small shop

You can do better for cheaper by swapping a few parts around. On the other hand you could go with the RTX 2080 Super and spend more towards the upper end of your budget.
