Question What apps/programs can I use to automatically run GPU fans at a certain percentage when playing a game?

My GPU is a gtx 1060

I had an amd card before and the radeon software it came with has a setting that allows you to change the fan speed for specific apps; for example, you can change the fan settings for Call of Duty so that when you play it, it automatically plays with those settings

NVIDIA doesnt have anything close to that as far as I know. The control panel doesnt even let you change the fan speed, and the settings are so confusing to play with

Is there an app that can let me create profiles for certain programs, which will give me control over fan speed? My card is a GTX 1060 and it is the EVGA version; so is there like an EVGA program for that?

I'd contact EVGA and ask them if the specific model GPU you have, even allows for a custom fan curve. Since most often than not, you can only monitor GPU fan RPMs, or at best, force fans to run 100%. Custom fan curve is to do with individual GPU model specifically, than with GPU make on a broad scale. E.g "All Radeon GPUs have user defined custom fan profile.". <- This is a wrong thinking.
