What are all the games that this PC can run?

I have an AMD Athlon II 640 3 Ghz for a CPU, an ATI Radeon HD 4200 for a GPU, and I have 4 GB RAM. What are all the games that this PC can run with minimal lag?

you will be able to play less demanding games like minecraft or terraria, you processor is ok and your ram is eh but your graphic card(its integrated) sucks... get a legit dedicated graphics card then you will be able to actually play new games with good graphics... I recommend gtx 750 ti but at a minimum gtx 650...
