What are differences between Win 7 Dell and Genuine?

I was ordering Win 7 Pro from Amazon. I could see that there are different version like Dell, HP, Genuine , etc. Can someone tell me the difference between Dell and Genuine??

Dell version comes with a diferent wallpaper and with the Dell logo as account picture but I think it doesn't have any Dell Bloatware.
