[SOLVED] What are drivers? Should I install them?

I built my pc like 3 months ago but did not install any drivers. I have been watching lots of videos and done a bunch of resources on the web and found out that I should have installed drivers for my pc.
Here is a list of all my parts. Can you tell me what drivers to get?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor
Motherboard: Asrock B450M Pro4 Micro ATX AM4
Graphics card: MSI Radeon RX 570 8 GB ARMOR OC (When you look up Radeon rx 570 a different card shows up. Mine is the one with 2 fans and no plate on top to cover the circuit board Link to amazon: https://www.amazon.com/MSI-RX-570-ARMOR-8G/dp/B076Y93L8F
Memory: Corsair vengeance LPX 8 gb DDR4-2400 Cl16 (two of those sticks)
Storage: Western Digital Blue 2 TB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive
Power supply: Corsair CX (2017) 450 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
(I know you do not need to install drivers for all these parts I just thought I would include them.)

If you know were and how to install theses drivers SAFELY please let me know and help me!!!

HERE is the site to download the latest motherboard drivers. Windows installed generic drivers if you have sound and can access the Internet. For your GPU go to AMD.
