What are good free to play MMORPG's?

I live in the Philippines, so please suggest games that's available in Asia. I have a high end PC so don't worry about my specs..
Hint: I don't like grinding, I like mmo's with good quests and story

Forsaken World is a great free to play MMORPG, although the first 4 hours of gameplay can get a little boring as it is just running you through the basics and simple quests to get you started.

Global Agenda is free to play as well (although the game is pretty cheap anyway and has it advantages for buying it) but I have had a hard time getting into the game because of the initial tasks (similar to Forsaken Worlds).
