My temps in Prime95 after 10 minutes were 75.4c and in CPU-Z 69.3c after 15 minutes, and in Cinebench R15 69.1c. I get max idle temps of 42.9 and min of 32c.

I just want to know if these temps are safe, and won't hurt the longevity of the cpu. And what safe temps are.

Im running at 4.1GHz at 1.375 Vcore and 1.090 Nb/Soc.

Im using a FSP Windale 6 cpu cooler.

The temps that you got are safe. The safe temps for all the CPUs is below 80c, if you get more than 80c that's not good for your CPU, but as i can see from your post you are getting in benchmarks less than 80c which is very good, try to keep these temps at all times and make sure you clean your PC regularly so that your PC doesn't build up dust
