Running a EVGA RTX 2080 TI XC2 ULTRA with a seasonic FOCUS PLUS 1000 GOLD PSU.

I have some slight concerns if my GPU is getting enough power. Most games run fine but a few games have had some odd issues I can't explain otherwise. Could be software, could be other components but for what I play and how I play I have doubts.

Was curious of what kind of tests or specs I could review to see if I am having a power draw issue with my GPU

Solution
You can use software like HWMon/info to monitor aspects of GPU power draw, along with voltage, min/max values.

Can you describe the issues you are experiencing, and in what games?
That's difficult to say, because nearly all cards have variations of clockspeed, and voltage.

However, typical 3rd party manufacturer cards might pull as much 300w at load. This despite a 250-260w TDP. At idle it could be as little as 20w+. As i said it varies from card to card, and difference manufacturers, as they normally might have 5 variations of a single GPU type.

what you can do is check if the fans are spinning, if they are spinning that means they are getting power, if not then they are not getting enough power
