This is probably a stupid question but what are those Intel Wireless AC? Are they WiFi cards? What do they do? And if they are WiFi cards, don't they need antennas? I found this product when trying to find Bluetooth cards.

You are likely looking at intel wireless card like this:

This is the wifi card that goes into laptops. Those circles are called u.fl connectors and that is what the antennas connect to.

The reason these come up when you search for bluetooth is because their radio's will pickup both wifi and bluetooth signals.

If you are using a laptop then upgrading to a 7260 or better card could be a nice inexpensive upgrade (depending on laptop depends on how easy or hard the installation is).
If you are using a desktop then just look for usb bluetooth adapter.

wifi cards with bt v.4 (or whatever version of bluetooth youre looking for) will often include the wifi standard the card supports.

normally a bt4 controller is a usb pluggable, and a wifi with bluetooth will generally be a card that sits inside your pc (you can get external usb wifi ones and internal card bt ones)
