So while I play black ops 4 (blackout mode to be specific) i get temperatures around 168 F. The cpu is not overclocked should I be worried?

Solution
75C temps, just in gaming? That would seem 10C above expected, typically...but, perhaps not a surprise if using a small radiator, or a Hyper212, etc... (certainly, 75C gaming temps would often quickly indicate 85C temps under more strenuous loads)

Is cpu multiplier, core voltage, etc., all i Auto per BIOS settings?

What is the cooler being used? (Have you noted applied core voltage, CPU VCORE, in HWMonitor under load?)

Does your mainboard have an MCE mode capability, and if so, is it enabled? (certainly, boosting to all core 4.9 GHz would elevate temps above stock, and is not stock operation, either)

What is the room's ambient temp? (certainly, a room kept at 32C would have warmer CPU temps than one tested in 23-24C range, etc..)
