What are OC Mode & Gaming Mode in GeForce GTX 1070 G1 Gaming?

What's the difference between these 2 modes?

...the speed at which the GPU runs. The OC Mode will run hotter (and a bit faster) since it is clocked higher.

The top link (VGA - Xtreme Engine) will allow you to change the clock speed/fan speed/lights. You can just select OC Mode or Gaming Mode in the interface and it should automatically adjust it.
