What are safe HD temps?

I just bought a WD600AB 5400RPM HD in addition to my IBM 75GXP Deskstar 30GB HD. Now, both are stacked one on top of another in the 3.5" bays. What's a safe temp to keep my drives reasonably cool? I'm running two case fans, with decent CFM. Plus, I don't want to change my setup since I made it look somewhat like a cheaper Voodoo PC. :lol: I'm gonna use my Compunurse to check my temps.

I'm guessing, but I thought it was 55C max.
