Question What are some cheap fans?

I need some cheap case fans. i need 9 for under 100 us dollars. Id prefer them have a hub thats a sata connector and maybe argb compatible with polychrome

I have Corsair AF120 (2018) 52 CFM 120 mm Fans 3-Pack . They're pretty good. 3 for $40.

Oh yeah they're not rgb only one color. You can always get a case that has rgb fans, like the
