I'm looking for a USB hub that has also has inputs for a headset and a mic, but every one I look at is either to big or the cord isn't long enough. There is always the simple solution of getting a female to male usb extension, but I figured I better check in to find any insight if I can first.
btw, I would prefer a hub that can be attached to the underside of my desk. Thanks in advance.

sorry I missed the audio part. the hubs I suggested were USB 3.0 only. 5 bucks at walmart.
you are going to mount this to the desk? why not a hub and an external audio card?

I have two Onn usb 3.0 gaming hubs for the PS4. I use them on the PC a hub is a hub is a hub after all. I like these because the cable is detachable. you can replace the cable with one of proper length and eliminate one contact point.

most hubs have at least one flat side and can be attached with Double sided tape, it is your friend. get a good one with a high adherence, 35-40lbs higher if your gonna use it all the time. its not going anywhere.

Thanks for the reply but I'm not looking for a top-of-the-line audio hub with all the bells and whistles. I am in need of just a lightweight and compact usb and audio jack hub, similar to this one: http://bit.ly/2OrmkCZ. This one is nearly perfect, but the cord is too short, and I would rather not spend the extra 7 bucks if there is already a better option.
