Question What are some fast AND quiet 140mm case fans?

Hello all, I have this PC super tower case:

I'm going to buy this fan controller:

Last thing to do is buy some 140mm case fans. I want some that are really fast (2000+rpm) and also quiet during max speeds so my PC doesn't sound like a jet engine. Any recommendations? I can spend any amount of money.

You have a conflict between the two features you want...fast and quiet.

The faster you spin a fan, the more audible the fan will be.

This is an area where you will have to look over reviews, and do some testing of your own to see what you can live with.

My ear tells me that BeQuiet! are pretty good performers in this respect, so you might want to start there and see what you think.
