What are some good, cheap, and reliable gaming monitors

Title says it all. I am looking for a cheap, reliable monitor for gaming. Preferably anything less then $150. I'm asking on this site because a lot of the sites that I've been getting info on don't particularly seem trust worthy, might be wrong though.
