Question What are some good parts for VR Forza 4 Tom clancys rainbow six siege

Im building a pc for a friend, and he is gonna play vr, forza and Rainbow. He would like to get atleast 130 fps in forza 4. Any parts that are good for them? He currentlly has i5 3470 16gb ddr3 ram 1600 mhz and gtx 1060 3gb. He would like 130 fpx on high or above and atleast more than playable experience on Forza 4. He will be using a steering wheel aswell.

Here's the thing......that CPU is going to limit him with any GPU above what he has.

So he is going need a CPU upgrade.....before he does any GPU upgrading.

I know that, he is building a completely new pc, do you guys have any idea for some good parts? his budget is $1000

It needs to run any game on vr smooth with no lag. Siege on atleast epic settings. Forza on atleast 60+ fps cause he is going to use a steering wheel.
