Question What are some of the better 980TI graphics cards out there

Hello everyone I've had my rx 580 for a while now and I'm looking to upgrade and was looking at the 980TI card and was wondering what was generally the best card. I was looking at the Asus gtx 980 ti Strix card and saw it had a lot of good things on it but the buyer remvoed the listing before I could bid on it and was wondering if there was anything else out there that would be worth it. I am also looking at 1. EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti Classified 6GB GDDR5 Video Card GPU 2. EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti ACX SC+ ACX 2.0+ with Backplate

The gtx 1070 (ti) /1160 ti Are at least on par or exceed the gtx 980 ti. Are those out of the question?
