DDR4 doesnt go that low in MHz. You sure your readings are correct?

Also if you single channeling your memory, you should get another stick of ram so you can utilize dual channel.
100% sure its correct. If I go into task manager, it says

Speed: 2133MHz

But in Speccy, it says 1063MHz which is weird.

Solution
Don't get a stick of RAM...... get a Kit of 2 sticks as they are guaranteed to work, A single stick of the same make and model but produced on another date may not work. A 2 stick kit of the highest speed for your Mobo and enable XMP will give you a nice dual channel bump up in preformence.

Do you have 1 or 2 sticks already, 1063 x 2 (dual channel) =2126 so around your 2133mhz

Hm ok. I was thinking of selling my 16GB ram stick, then putting in some extra money to buy a 2400MHz 2x8GB 16 RAM set. 2400MHz is the maximum speed my CPU and MOBO can do.

I'd upgrade to a higher frequency memory just like how everyone has mentioned above but also consider upgrading your GPU, PSU as well. CPU, AIO looks solid. storage and MO is ok for now but might want to bump those up at some point depending on your budget/time.

I just upgraded my GPU though. Was it not a good upgrade? Also, I can’t get memory higher than 2400 MHz because my motherboard doesn’t support that.
