What are the absolute best PC parts?

Hey, I'm trying to build my first PC, my budget is $4000 - $5000, and I want it to be amazing. It will be mostly used for editing, so I will be getting 32GB RAM.
I'm looking for the best parts that I can buy for my build, so if you guys can list some awesome things to buy, then that would be awesome. Also, my budget is strictly for the parts and 2 monitors; so the budget does not include the case, M&K, chair, etc.
P.S.
I want to have my PC as a desk PC. Not sure if that matters, but just in case you should know.

That's no HD's in it, or monitors, but a good workstation start. Dual 6-core Xeon CPU's, Quadro video card, 64gb ram.

If you're spending 5k, you want workstation quality parts, not consumer level.
