Hey, my woman is moving to new place and finds that almost every ISP require a 2 years of mandatory subs fee.Since she will be moving out to somewhere else soon, there is no point of taking this unnecessary subscriptions.
What are the best options for her so far?

Sadly none, its basically a monopoly but since there are usually "dial up" or slow DSL alternatives its keeps broadband from being monopolies. Even then there's usually 1 to 2 year contracts from other providers. She could use her phones 4G or 5G (if she has one) and get an unlimited data plan, but even then its still slower and theres often hidden bandwidth restrictions.

The best option is chosen from what is actually available at that residence.
If "almost every ISP" has a long term commitment, then one of the ones that do not have that restriction might be best.

Yes, she could use her phone's internet but then again, slow as a snail.

Even with a potential 2 year contract, the early termination fee might not be excessive. Or it might be huge.

The only way to tell is deep investigation into ALL the potential options.
See what might be the 'least worst'.
Well, thing is she can not terminate the line. She needs to pay for the subs anyways.Guess, she will have to look for this 'least worst' options out there.
