(200.00) for the cpu. a good z270 mb will be 130-180. in price. a cpu air cooler will be 30-50 depending on sales. a good 650w power supply will be in the 60-80 price point. a good case will be in the 50-80 price point. 8g kit of ddr4 ram is 50.00 if your build funds have the room go with a 16g by 2 kit. windows 10 and games today run better on more ram. an entry level 1tb hard drive is 50.00. i would go with a 2-4 tb hard drive for storage and a 256g or 512g ssd as the boot os. (100 for 256g units.). windows will be 80.00 for a new pc. you need funds for a gpu look at ther amd 580 or it replacement. a 22 inch gaming monitor and headset are used now for games...
