What are the Best Overclocking and Hardware Monitoring Promgrams

I have an Intel i5 4690K, MSI Gaming 5 MOBO, and a MSI GTX 970. What are the best overclocking programs for these components as well as the best Hardware Monitoring programs. I am looking for basic statistics such as temps and utilization %, although extra features would be a plus.

What about HWMonitoring programs

MSI Command Center might be a good choice (for monitoring voltage etc) seeing as you have an MSI board but Cpuid's software is good too, or Intel's Xtreme Tuning Utility
