What are the best parts for a Gaming PC from CyberPowerPC that can run games with High+ Graphics while recording in 720p?

So I'm looking for a PC on CyberPower PC and want one that can run very smoothly if not perfectly while recording the screen in 720p with the Highest Graphics settings (If possible) that also has really good Internet connectivity and doesn't Overheat. Please correct me if I made any mistakes asking anything! Thanks! 😀

pre-built? may i suggest that you choose your own parts (it's ok to ask the store to put them together for you)
post your budget (create another thread maybe?), im sure people will be glad to help and you'll get better value for your money.
also, internet connection, the pc is not a very big factor for that, it's more dependent on your isp.
