What are the best settings for the 750TI in my setup?

Hello everyone. So about a month ago my first gpu broke randomly, it was the (MSI R9 270X 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5). Instead of buying a new one, I decided to get the (GeForce GTX 750 Ti Superclocked 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5). Problem is, I don't know a lot about settings. I only play one game other then that, I only watch videos. I'm getting screen tearing on both YouTube and in games. I'd like to know the best optimal settings too use in Nvida 3d settings that works best for my setup. Thanks!

CPU: AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor
RAM: 12GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600MHZ
GPU: GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2gb
DISPLAY: HP 2310 1080p refresh rate is 60hz

Well a 750Ti is actually a bit of a downgrade from what you had. Did you completely uninstall the drivers for the previous card before installing the Nvidia drivers?

Then go to Nvidia's website and get the latest drivers: http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/85051

Hopefully that takes care of the problem. If not there is something else wrong with the computer.

Shame about the 270x. Are you sure there's no warranty left so you can replace it?
