RAM: 32Gb Patriot Viper Steel Series 3200Mhz
Graphics: rtx 4070 ti,
SSD 1: Samsung 980 PRO 1To - M.2 NVMe
SSD 2: Crucial MX500 1To
Power supply: SeaSonic Focus Plus series, 850W, gold certified, full Modular

What gpu were you previously using?

The typical route is to remove all old pgu drivers using DDU.

You could try this as well, download the latest drivers for the 4070 ti. I don't recommend installing the GForce Experience but you can if you'd like. But first I would just install the drivers and choose the custom settings. In the lower portion of the pop up box there is an option to do a "Clean Install", try that first.

Are using a known good Display Port Cable?
