What are the chances?

I wanna buy a MSI GTX 750TI oc, and a core 2 quad 9650, but i only have 350 wat psu, some say it even runs ok on 300 but not sure should i risk it (everything is very expensive in my country like 2.5x the usa prices! So i dont relly wanna buy a new psu) so should i go with the stock evga 750ti or msi should be fine too?

What is the exact brand and model of the PSU?

It's not the PSU's wattage that determines whether or not it's sufficient. You have to look at the PSU's maximum combined +12V continuous current rating.

The 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector wouldn't be on the motherboard. It's the graphics card that would have the PCI Express supplementary power connector(s) if it needs it.
