What are the differences between the Xeon E3 1231 v3, 1246v3, and 1276v3?

They are all Haswell chips but I couldn't find any differences between them side by side online so I wanted to ask here considering the CPU's are priced ranging from $200 to near $300.


I'm upgrading to one of the three from a G3258.

The ones that end in 5 or 6 have integrated graphics. (1245v3 or 1246v3)
The ones that end in 0 or 1 do not. (1230v3 or 1231v3)
The only other difference between them is clock speed.
The 1231v3 is the best value.

I've been mulling this over for so long now and I had a pretty solid feeling that the 1231 v3 would be the best value but I needed a second opinion. Thanks for providing that.
