What are the differences between these two 660 Ti cards?

MSI is selling two nearly identical GTX 660 Ti cards:

The dimensions are slightly different, as are the cases obviously, but the prices and specifications are identical and I don't know which one to buy!

They basically same card, only diffrent that uk are custom cooler, and the com oney looks like reference cooler.

edit: donot know which one will perform better, the uk had 2 heatpies but will push back some hot air to the case, the com (reference) will push the hot air out of case but do not know if there is heat pipe in them....
