What are the dimensions of the Gigabyte GTX 970 G1?

I recently created a thread regarding what cases would best be purchased to compliment the Gigabyte GTX 970 G1, and quoted Newegg's spec page listing it as 15.9" long, or 403.86mm. However, upon looking at Gigabyte's website I discovered they list the length of the card as 312mm (12.2835"). I'm probably going to take the manufacturer's word as the truth, but I'd rather not take any chances. Can anyone who owns this card clarify the length? I'd greatly appreciate it.

Yep, that's it: L=312mm, W=129mm, H=43mm.
