Part list: (For context)
  1. Ryzen has a 'System Memory Specification: 3200MHz', is this the absolute max speed we can have? Can it be downgraded to for example 3000MHz?
  2. The motherboard has 2 memory modes, JEDEC and A-XMP OC. I understand the A-XMP OC is a overclock profile, is the JEDEC a standard plugnplay profile? (No overlocking)
  3. If I put a 3200MHz into the motherboard, would it default to the highest non-overclockable speed? (2667MHz)

Solution
1) no you can oc it
2)correct
3)should run at jedec speed until you turn on xmp/docp profile
the one you link is only 2133. not 2667
