I'm looking to upgrade a Dell Optiplex 390 from 4 GB of RAM to 32 GB of RAM. This is not a gaming rig, it's a compiling machine. Currently it has a 250 watt power supply and an i5 processor.
I was going to swap in this motherboard:

Supports LGA 1155 which is i5/i7
and this RAM:
http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=65663&vpn=F3%2D12800CL10Q%2D32GBZL&manufacture=G%2ESkill&promoid=1213
But I seem to be stuck on what the power requirements might be.
