What are the safe temperatures for a Radeon HD 7950?

I'd like to know the safe operating temperatures for a Radeon HD 7950. Here is the type of card I have: GIGABYTE GV-R795WF3-3GD Radeon™ HD 7950. Also, what program can monitor those temps? Is it HWMonitor?

You can use Open Hardware Monitor to see temps at the desktop and MSI Afterburner to monitor temps while gaming. I'd like to see my card go as high as 75c only. It is still safe for the card to reach 80c if it's a peak temp while running furmark/kombustor/OCCT.
