what are the specs for a streaming laptop?

hey guys, quick and simple question: what kind of laptop hardware am i going to need in order to stream in 1080p?
my grandpa wants a laptop that does only that, meaning he won't use it for any other purpose. he made me find one, but i can't really seem to understand what to look for. i want one that obviously has an HDMI port, and that will stream videos in 1080p without any slowdown. what should i look for in terms of CPU\GPU configs? can you recommend on one?

what is he planing on streaming? just stand in windows desktop and stream it too the world? he must hae something he is going stream?

oh i see what you mean. he doesn't stream out like on twitch and stuff. i meant he wants to stream videos like watch Netflix and popcorn time and stuff like that. i probably wasn't clear.
i meant watching videos over the internet

id say the ISP connection and wifi has to be atleast 10Mbit download, 2gb ddr3 ram, decent cpu(find a cheap i3 cpu)

But ISP connection, wifi and screen is most importent stuff.

screen ain't important because he connects it to his TV. that's why the GPU should be able to support 1080p video (not all laptops can do that, from my XP). also can you be more specific about the CPU? is there a difference between an intel 4000 on an i3 vs on an i7? will it matter when watching videos?
