Right now I am using igpu so do I just turn the pc off along with the psu and just put it in the pci then get the drivers? Also for my igpu when if at all should I uninstall the drivers for it or can I just disable it?
1. uninstall od driver
2. use Treexy driver fusion and clean old drivers
3. turn off the computer
4. open her up, don't forget to deelectrize Yourself on radiator or something, install the new baby in, and don't forget to give her juice from PSU
5. let the PC open, boot her up
6. install drivers, restart
7. vex her with FurMark or Kombustor
8. close the computer
9. enjoy the new VGA!

ohk so u want both of your gpu run at same time is it right
Less complicated:
1, Open case
2, Put GPU PROPERLY in motherboard
3, Connect PSU 6-pin/8-pin power cables (if applicable)
4, Uninstall old drivers and install new drivers
Step 1. Install drivers
step 2: Turn off computer
Step 3: Place graphics card in PCIE lane
Step 4: Plug in extra powersupply wires
Step 5: Plug in HDMI, VGA, DisplayPort or DVI moniter cables into graphics card and moniter
Step 6: Turn on computer
You don't need to uninstall intergrated graphics drivers
Mouldread - long story short, I studied women psychics for 8 years, and computers are "better" girls, if You know what I mean hope I don't offend You by that.
FreshPineApples - no need to uninstall drivers of iGPU, and also You can disable iGPU in BiOS. It's an option.
Thanks for the reply. My only concern is when I uninstall the old drivers especially when using a tool I won't be able to use the pc and the video drivers for the new card might not install (the out dated ones that install automatically), and so I don't need to turn off or unplug the power supply? I am guessing I will still be able to use the pc but the resolution will be turned down.

Sorry for not clearing that up, I will only be using the new video card because my cpu doesn't support cross fire with the model I am getting.
