I have SSD with OS (Win10) and programs. But this SSD is getting slow. So I want to replace this SSD with a new faster SSD. What are the steps to proceed?

The only way I can think of the SSD is getting slow is either:
  • It's so old (like 7+ years) that you've managed to wear out the flash cells and the controller is having trouble finding good ones
  • The SSD is over 90% full
See if cleaning things up improves its speed. Otherwise, if you just want to throw in a new SSD in the system:
  • If you have an available port for the SSD
    • Buy something with the same capacity or larger
    • Plug the new SSD into one of the ports
    • Use a cloning software like Marcium Reflect or check if the manufacturer has a data migration tool
    • Uninstall the old SSD
    • Boot into the new one to verify things are good
    • If everything's good, you can install the old SSD back in and reformat it
  • If you don't have an available port for the SSD, you can use a USB adapter to do the above
