As the the title said, what are the options? Help me to decide, i'm going to buy a new one.
I'm a little bit concerned since my mobo seems to be so small, so i'm kinda wondering what will fit this one and if its will hit the ram (well, technically, i never buy any cpu cooler before so i have no idea)
Mobo: Asus B85M-E
CPU: Intel i5 4570
Case: Golden Field Aresze X-men 7206B

Side note: I was looking at the Thermalright True spirit 140 Power edition, but its height is 171,2mm while the maximum allowed is 170mm, is it ok if i still buy and install it? ( 1,2mm more)

The Hyper 212X is successor to 212 EVO. They both have same width. So it may block RAM's with bigger heat spreader. Yours is a non-K processor a low profile decent performing CPU cooler like Cooler Master T4 with 120mm fan will do the job fine. Check out the following images:

T4 on a motherboard, stops just before RAM slot. Showing not blocking the 1st RAM slot. Gets the job done...
If that is the absolute maximum you probably won't be able to close the case if you bought that Thermalright.

Aside from noise you shouldn't need to buy an aftermarket cooler. There are plenty of much shorter coolers that would work to make it quieter and cooler.

You can always put your complete part list in there and get a list of all compatible heatsinks.

It seems that the only cpu cooler from noctua available in my country is D14, but it's massive and the price is kinda high. Would be great if anyone could suggest something from other brand.

Very popular cooler master hyper evo 212 comes in at 165mm. 412 and 612 would also fit. Rest of their line up is more on the cheap side until you get to the CoolerMaster V8, which is huge.

Thermaltake has several coolers that meet your criteria. All but the cheapest will out perform the stock cooler.
CL-P002-AL14BL-B
CLP0596
CL-P002-AL14RE-A
CLP0607
Phanteks has a product line very similar to Noctua for slightly less.
PH-TC14CS
PH-TC12DX

Deepcool Lucifer barely squeeks under at 167mm.

Not that familiar with Zalman products myself. Old brand, but you don't often see their products in the tech news these days. A lot of their coolers are orb style.
CNPS12X
CNPS9900 D/F

Pretty much any cooler will be an improvement over the stock cooler. But you really shouldn't need one unless you are putting a high load on that CPU for extended periods. Without overclocking Haswell chips tend to stay fairly cool.

Having some extra money, now i'm looking for something higher, eventho my cpu cannot overclock but the temp really concern me. Here in vietnam the heat rise, reached over 40 celcius. So what do you guys think about Coolermaster Hyper 212X?
Having read about the evo, i think it should be good or even better like that one
One more thing,
1 .can i install a Thermalright TY-143 fan on that cooler?
2. Between Hyper 212X and TR True Spirit 120M or 120i, which one is better?

Getting a third party cooler for a non-K processor is overkill too. The default cooler that comes with the processor will do a fine job. If you still want a third party cooler something like this will do:

Cooler Master Hyper TX3 for $17.22 - http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0028Y4S9K/

You can still save $30 and add that extra saved in your other components budget like a better graphics card. (I had to rephrase this line as people like "Vahe Bro A", aren't bright enough. so they misinterpreted my suggestion.)

Cheers!

that's a good one too. lol save 30 bucks for a graphics card xD

You can draw a conclusion from the above images, that T4 with lesser width (72.5mm) than the 212X width (79mm), only manages to just fit right before the 1st RAM slot. So this means the 212X with extra 6.5mm may invade the 1st RAM slot and would be a headache with high profile heat spreader equipped RAMs.

Hence the Cooler Master T4 would be a wise choice.

I'm planning to buy some extra Kingston Hyperx fury ram, its heat spreader wouldn't causing so much trouble, or atleast for now, since i'm playing to install the TY-143 fan on the cooler (i got a pair of it)
So, 212X it is then. Thanks for the assist.
