What are these buttons on the back of my computer?

Hi there. I was looking today at the back of my computer on my motherboard inputs and noticed there were 2 buttons, one with "O.C" on it and another that has two colors, blue on the top and green on the bottom on the same button. above that button it says B. Bios and below the same button it says M. Bios. I just wanted to make sure before i start pressing anything. Thanks for your help!

Oh, sorry. I have the G1 Assassin 2.

OC button is for "Over-clocking" and another button is "Dual BIOS Switcher"

Is it possible to get an explanation on what exactly they do? I figured o.c meant over clock and bios meant bios. I just didn't know what exactly they do when in use. Like, why would i want to switch my bios? Also, does the overclock button have anything to do with my processor?
